Cowboy Cookin' is a big part of North Mountain Outfitter, whether you are eating in the Base Camp, the Bunkhouse, or a group cookout, you are sure to taste the doings of ol' Cookie himself. Using locally-raised beef, chicken, and pork, your mouth is sure to water from the smell and sight of the grill.

Let North Mountain Outfitter bring a taste of that Cowboy Cookin' to you. Specializing in smoked Ribs, Chicken, Steaks, Barbeque, Chili and more, Cookie will be sure to deliver you a good ol' feast.

All of our outdoor cooking is done by combination of hickory, oak, and mesquite woods, which makes the meats irresistible. When the smoke starts to rise from the grill, you can bet Cookie's doin' the fixins'.
