North Mountain Outfitter and Nicole Depauw, owner of Om Sweet Om Yoga in Sunset Beach NC, have come together to create an epic Yoga Ranch Retreat!

 

Join us for a weekend of all things Yoga and Horses while staying in a cozy and well-equipped bunkhouse, surrounded by the amazing beauty of the pristine Four Winds Ranch at North Mountain, in Swoope, Virginia. This adventure is suitable for Yogis and riders of all levels of experience.

 

No Yoga or horse experience? No problem!  With your open mind and willingness to try new things, Dwight and Nicole will have you feeling comfortable and settled in no time. Hatha yoga, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, hiking, drum circle.  bon fire, vegetarian/vegan food, comfortable beds, horseback riding, the amazing sunset horse turn out, beautiful scenery as far as the eye can see…Sure to be a fabulous experience for all.

 

Don’t want to ride? No worries, Nicole will lead a mediation and hike while the others are out on the trail. A full schedule of events will be available to all guests, participate in as many or as few as you would like.

 

Nicole Depauw owner of Om Sweet Om Yoga and Fitness will be your Yoga guide. Nicole has practiced and studied yoga for many years. Her studies and training include 4 six-week long trips to northern India to study with some of the finest teachers and gurus in the world. Nicole has been teaching Yoga for approximately 7 years as well as being a full-time fitness trainer for over 25 years. She holds many certifications and degrees in this field. The combination of her strong knowledge of the body as well as the finest knowledge of the yoga practice will ensure your experience to be both safe and rewarding.

 

This is sure to be an amazing weekend of self-discovery, adventure and fun. This retreat is available to 10 women. Each will have their own bed in a room shared by 2 people. The caterers at the ranch will provide vegetarian and vegan friendly meals. A huge indoor space is available for us to use should the weather not cooperate for outdoor yoga events. The fire pit will provide the perfect setting for our evening drum circle, as well as happy hour, etc… The hot tub will be a welcome treat after a day of Yoga, riding and hiking.
